Embroidery FAQs

Here are answers to some of the most common questions that we get involving our embroidery services. If you don't find answers to the questions you have, feel free to drop us a note in our short form below.

What is embroidery?

Embroidery is an apparel decoration method where text or an image is sewn onto a garment by either hand or machine. Embroidery is most often seen on caps, hats, coats, blankets, dress shirts, denim, and polos. Embroidery is available with a wide variety thread colors.

What are your minimum order sizes?

Our minimum is 12 pieces.

Can I mix and match garments on the same order?

If your embroidered logo will be the same on all garments, absolutely!

What is your turnaround time?

From the time that we collect all necessary information (garments, quantity, sizes) we will have your order complete in 7-10 business days.

I have never ordered embroidered apparel before, can you help?

No worries, just reach out to us (a contact form is at the bottom of this page). We will gladly walk you through the process.

What type of art files can you use?

We can work with vector, or high resolution raster images (.jpg, .png) For most text-only orders, we do not need to digitize your design. For logos, images, and some fonts digitizing your design will be required on your first order. (see digitizing definition below)

What is a digitized file?

Using embroidery digitizing software, an embroidery digitizer transforms an image or text to stitches, creating the image in a file format an embroidery machine can read.

I don't have any artwork to provide, can you help come up with the design?

Yes, we have a full-time in-house professional graphic design staff that can take your idea or your concept and create a custom design for you, we will then take that design and send it to our digitizing company to convert your file into the file read by the embroidery machines.

Do you keep my art on file if I want to reorder?

Yes, all of your artwork is securely saved on our art server and we can access it any time you would like to reorder your design.

Can you embroider multiple types of garments?

Absolutely, we have access to many apparel vendors and thousands of types of garments including sweatshirts, sweatpants, shorts, pullovers, outerwear, bags, and various gift items, and etc. Your rep can assist you in searching for exactly what you are looking for.
